Visit to Rajaji National Park: The
Rajaji National Park is about 18 Kms from Rishikesh. Wildlife Safaris are very
popular over here. Wildlife like Elephants, Tigers, Leopards, Nilgai, Barking
deer, Sambar can de sighted here in addition to a huge variety of birds and
fauna.
Logistics and Infrastructure
Residential Tents : Accommodation in safari
tents / alpine tents with beds and mattresses ensure a comfortable stay in the
wilderness. Mosquito nets in each tent ensure complete immunity from mosquitoes
(which in any case are very rare at the camp) and insects.
Toilets : Toilet tents, running water and
toilet paper. Baths tents with, buckets, mugs, mirrors, wash basins, towels,
soaps and running cold water ( Hot water on request).
Kitchen Facilities : A spacious tent equipped
with modern facilities under hygienic conditions and infrastructure to provide
Indian, Continental or Chinese Cuisine along with local delicacies.
Dining Tent : A spacious tent with large
dining table and chairs to enjoy meals.
Camp Equipment / Accessories : Complete
and updated equipment for various activities - river rafting, trekking, and
camp games like volleyball and badminton are provided at the camp.
Drinking Water : Clean and pure water is
brought to the camp from a natural water spring. Also an adequate supply of
bottled water mineral water is maintained at the camp.
Lighting : Maintaining the natural jungle
environment no electricity is used at the camp. Gas Petromax and Kerosene lanterns
and are used to light the camp adequately during the night.
Communication / Transport Network
Administrative offices : Fully equipped
offices in Delhi and local tie ups at Rishikesh and Dehradun ensure a stable
communication system is maintained.
In-house Transportation : The camp jeep
is permanently stationed at the camp.
Camp Personel
Management : Managers/instructors/guides
at the camp are tourism professionals and widely experienced in handling domestic
and foreign clientele. Personalised service is their forte. Camp staff belongs
to the local area and hence knows the region in its remotest details and are
best at carrying out the traditional Himalayan hospitality.
Kitchen : The kitchen staff consists of
qualified cooks and helpers who ensure hygienic, wholesome and delicious food.
Instructors and Equipment/ trainers : All
camp activities are capably supervised by thoroughly trained professionals with

Clothing List :
Short, T-shirt and Floaters for Rafting. General casual clothing is suggested
as per the weather. Flash Light with batteries is suggested.
Connections :
Surface : Overnight buses to Rishikesh from where cab/local buses are easily
available to the campsite.
Train: Daily overnight train Mussoorie
Express form Old Delhi Railway station to Haridwar from where cabs can be
arranged for the camp.
Daily morning train (Shatabdi Express) from New Delhi railway station for
Haridwar is another comfortable way of commuting to the camp.
Drive : One can also drive comfortably to Milestones camp (275 kms) via
Meerut, Khatuali, Muzaffar Nagar, Roorki, Haridwar and Rishikesh.
